Newcastle Disc Golf Club & Springfield Community Association are hosting the first,
Springfield Disc Golf Course Birthday
It will take place on
SATURDAY 24th August
10am - 2pm
at
SPRINGFIELD PARK, Forest Hall, NE12 9AG

Just turn up on the day and look for the big Gazebo in Springfield Park :
FREE : 7 and under
£1 : 8 - 15yrs
£2 : 16yrs+

REGISTRATION
After registration you will be shown to a PRACTICE AREA and then a 5 HOLE BEGINNER FRISBEE GOLF COURSE to play
We'll give you scorecards if you'd like to keep track of your best round and you can have 1 - 3 attempts
Each hole is family friendly in length and a great challenge for all ages
12-12.30pm
PRO DEMO
We'll have some local pros on site to showcase the sport and inspire others to get involved
1.45-2pm
PRIZE CEREMONY
We encourage players to come back for a prize ceremony in the community centre hall at 1.45pm
We'll have spot prizes and extra for those that
won their age group

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
We will have free refreshments for everyone including tea, coffee, fruit squash and homemade cupcakes for
more energy and passion on your rounds !
There will be loads of volunteers on site to help you round the course, show you where to go, help you find wayward discs, keep you safe and make sure you're having
loads of fun !
